AI Infrastructure and Urban Resilience
Research on how AI-era data centres should be sited and governed, with attention to energy, water, risk and resilience.
This work looks at AI infrastructure as an urban and territorial question, not just a technical one. It considers electricity, cooling, hazard exposure, heat reuse and the possibility for resilient facilities to play a role in crisis response.
