A conversational support concept exploring how AI might help in moments of psychological strain, while staying grounded in empathy and limits.
Dr Joy came from a personal and societal question: how can digital support feel more useful, humane and accessible, without pretending to replace care? It remains an early-stage concept, but one that helped deepen my thinking about responsible conversational systems.
